Bacon-Wrapped Bananas

They’re bacon-wrapped bananas… need I say more? I love these for football parties. They are salty, sweet, and a little spicy. The bacon fat caramelizes the banana as it cooks so you get amazing crispy bits. And they’re easy to pop in your mouth as you watch the game.

Guessipe

  • 4 bananas, each cut into 5 pieces
  • 10 slices of bacon, cut in half
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • 1 tsp paprika

Combine the honey and paprika. Roll each banana piece in the honey mixture, wrap a piece of bacon around it, secure with a toothpick, then brush with more honey mixture. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes, turn over, then bake another 10 minutes.
