Let’s do another Banchan, because with Banchan the more the merrier! Part of the fun of Korean food is the collection of little side dishes that make for a beautiful spread on the table. In case you haven’t already noticed, the crunch of Banchan is a big draw for me and a large part of the reason I think it complements KBBQ meats so well. Broccoli when blanched turns a vibrant green and has a crispness that is so much better than raw broccoli in my opinion. It also absorbs flavors well, which is great for this Sesame Broccoli.
