- 1 lb bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 TBSP rice wine
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 2 TBSP chili oil
- 2 TBSP black vinegar
- salt to taste
Stir fry the bacon over medium-high heat until it begins to get crispy.
Add the cabbage and rice wine. Continue to stir fry until the cabbage begins to get tender.
Add the sugar, chili oil, and black vinegar. Increase the heat to high and stir fry until the cabbage begins to caramelize.
Salt to taste.
