I got a load of pomegranates from a friend’s tree, and after eating a ton on salad still had so much left and was looking for something to do with them. These chocolate pomegranate clusters are an easy 3-ingredient guessipe, but they look super festive and are a great combo of salty-sweet-tangy. Perfect for holiday treats!
Guessipe
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups pomegranate seeds
- coarse salt
Heat the chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until melted.

Gently stir in 1 cup of the pomegranate seeds.

Divide the chocolate pomegranate mixture equally between 12 cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Top each with an equal amount of the remaining 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds and a sprinkling of salt.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
