Despite Cream Soda not being the most popular of soda flavors, my boyfriend and I love it. We have been on a quest for several years to find the best Cream Soda, buying it anytime we find a brand we haven’t tried yet. Then it occurred to us to try making it ourselves. Not to toot our own horns, but it’s the best Cream Soda we’ve ever had. It’s a really nice holiday party beverage, but honestly we’ll be drinking it all year round.
Guessipe
- 14 oz cold sparkling water
- 6 TBSP simple syrup (I use a simple syrup that is 1 part sugar, 1 part packed brown sugar, 1 part water)
- 2 TBSP French vanilla creamer
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
Stir the sparkling water, simple syrup, creamer, and vanilla together. Serve over ice.
