Still on Mission: Molasses. This time I had the idea that a smoky sweet yogurt dressing would be a great complement to spicy roasted broccoli. It turned out even better than I’d hoped. My boyfriend said, “I would eat this over pizza, and I don’t even like broccoli”.
Guessipe
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets with stalks
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 TBSP harissa
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
molasses yogurt dressing
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 TBSP molasses
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together garlic, harissa, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
Toss the broccoli in the harissa mixture.
Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet. Salt and pepper generously.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Mix together all Dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Dollop dressing over broccoli and serve.
