Spinach Artichoke Dip

People go crazy for this dip at parties. So good with tortilla chips, pita chips, bread, vegetables, or just to spoon straight into your mouth as some of my friends do!

Guessipe

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup low moisture mozzarella cheese, shredded + more for topping
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichokes, squeezed of liquid and chopped
  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of liquid

Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne, parmesan, and mozzarella.

Stir in artichokes and spinach.

Spread dip mixture evenly into a baking dish. Top with additional mozzarella.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes, until the dip is hot and the mozzarella topping begins to brown.
